How CUBO Membership Works:

Select a Membership Package

There are four membership packages depending on how many staff you wish to enrol. The more staff you enrol, the better the overall value of membership to your university, but packages start from two staff. Your university will become an Institutional Member of CUBO.

Select your Primary Member

You designate a Primary Member, normally the director of commercial services or similar, who must have strategic and operational responsibility for at least two business areas of your institution - accommodation, catering, hospitality, conferencing, etc. Your Primary Member will be the main contact and voting member for CUBO.

Select your Members

Your Primary Member nominates colleagues who will become Members. They should be managers and directors of commercial and campus services. The number of Members depends on the Membership Packages selected – see below.

Sub-Group Members

Once you have joined CUBO, you'll be able to enrol additional staff in the CUBO sub-groups free of charge. There are currently two sub-groups, for marketing and finance staff working in within your commercial services. They are not full CUBO members, but have access to an online group and two networking events per year.

Membership Packages

The CUBO membership year runs from 1 August to 31 July. If you join on any other date, your fees will be pro-rata’d.
