How to become a Corporate Partner

There are two levels at which companies can get involved, as a Gold Partner and a Silver Partner.

Gold Partner

All benefits listed in ‘Silver’ plus:

  • Partner spotlight, including:

a) unique advertisment allocation on CUBO website homepage with links. ​

b) feature in the CUBO e-newsletter with clickable link to story showcasing partnership work.

  • Option to chose a premium space at the summer conference exhibition ahead of the standard allocation proceedure, plus 20% discount on price as below. *
  • 2 free tickets for the CUBO Awards ceremony.
  • Opportunity to present a ‘hot topic’ at the CUBO Winter Conference.
  • Inclusion in our new digital induction with links and features.

Silver Partner 

  • Link and company description on corporate partners section of the CUBO website. Identifying the member as trusted partner of the association.
  • Use of CUBO corporate partner logo.
  • 20% discounted exhibition presence at the annual summer
    conference. *
  • Offered first opportunity to sponsor the CUBO winter conference 2017 (places limited and cost held at 2016 prices for corporate partners = c.20% discount.)
  • Invitation to attend VIP dinner on the eve of the CUBO summer conference.
  • Coverage as a CUBO partner in University Business
  • Access to network group events where appropriate.

* Gold corporate partners have the opportunity to choose their space at the exhibition ahead of general exhibitors. Booking an exhibition space is mandatory with corporate partnership.

 

Who is eligible?
 
Partnerships are open to all companies and organisations working with CUBO members. Applicants are asked to provide two HEI’s as a reference. There will be no cap to the number of Silver corporate partner places however the Gold package will be limited

1.    What is the duration of the partnership?
The partnership agreement is for one year from 1 February 2017 to 1 February 2018.

2.    Can we join the scheme at any point?
In order to give all partners best value the scheme is run on a yearly basis. The application period for partnership in 2017 closes on 16 December 2017

3.    What benefits will the corporate partners scheme offer?
The direct benefits are outlined on the left side of this page. Gold partners find it particularly useful having the opportunity to choose a prime exhibition space at the Summer conference ahead of the standard booking procedure. The partners scheme is designed to enhance engagement with CUBO members throughout the year, continuing brand awareness outside of the conference period. CUBO will work with partners to offer additional benefits throughout the year as they become available. This may include additional media coverage, chance to participate in events or engage with members via other means.

4.    Will I be able to book an exhibition space at the CUBO summer conference if I am not a corporate partner?
Yes. The summer conference exhibition and sponsorship opportunities are available to all.

5.    Who is the CUBO e-newsletter circulated to?
The e-newsletter is circulated to all CUBO members and is also forwarded to our affiliate organisations. Outside of the UK it is read in the US and Australia as well as in continental Europe.

6.    What level of traffic does the CUBO website receive? 
The CUBO website is well used by our members, particularly the member-only discussion forums, news, conference and CUBO Awards pages. Traffic averages at around 900 users and 1,500 sessions per month.
