Delegate package includes:

  • Attendance at the conference from Tuesday 27th June to lunchtime on Thursday 29th June.
  • Two nights accommodation in en-suite student rooms on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th June. The rooms will be a mixture of single and double beds.
  • All meals
  • Social evening on Tuesday 27th June.
  • CUBO Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony on Wednesday 28th June.

£415.00 standard rate  (early bird sold out)



  • Additional night bed and breakfast - £65.00 (Monday, Thursday)
  • Day delegate: conference and exhibition ONLY - £120.00 (per day, rate does not include accommodation or any of the dinners)
  • Seashells and shindigs social evening ONLY - £150.00 (includes a seafood buffet and BBQ, followed by a late bar)
  • Gala dinner & awards ticket ONLY - £200.00 (limited availablity, invite only)
  • Delegate partner - additional room bed and breakfast -  £65.00 (per night)

The deadline for amending your booking or making a booking is Tuesday 6th June 2017.

All prices exclude 20% VAT, which will be added to your invoice at the end of this booking process. 
Please note: a handling fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit/debit card payments. American Express and Diners Cards are not accepted.

Conference registrations will be accepted from registered members of CUBO, and, for 2017 only, non-members who are currently eligible for membership.
